It has back end card processing, financial reporting, participant management, and email manager (that sends messages with attachments to one recipient, a select group,or all members). Event Management is easy with OSM - Event Manager. This solution provides a simple process to create and manage an event. Event Manager allows our client partners to define the event, take steps to make it available to members, manage registrations, communicate with registered attendees, and then review the financial reporting in a straightforward manner. Event Manager provides URLs to market and place on the website, allows members to review the event and register quickly. In addition, Event Manager allows merchandise to be offered for purchase during the registration process to increase event profitability.
League Management provides a League or Association Director with a tool to create and manage any team sport league. This component allows a director to define fields, associate fields and time slots to specific age groups, and then it will automatically create the schedule! League Management also provides the director with individual or team registration, automatic emails allowing managers or coaches to fill out rosters, parents or participants to fill out their details, print rosters and much more. You are able to configure the functions for both the logged in and not logged in sides of the App. You can use some of the OSM components like profile and membership management as well as the ability for members to view and enter events and leagues. This configuration is done with a simple drag and drop process at the highest level.
